Since 14.06.2005 WellCOM has introduced the IVR answering service for WellCOM subscribers. From now on WellCOM subscribers can activate or deactivate Value Added Services and get information about their usage. By calling free service number 120 and following voice prompts the subscribers can manage such services as WhoCalled, WhenBack, WAP, MMS, Mobile Internet, as well as order WAP, MMS and Internet settings for their handsets. Since 12 of April 2005 "ALANN" provides for WellCOM subscribers new services "Voice-sport" by premium number 401. "Voice-sport" are results of football, hockey, basket-ball, baseball, tennis events in the real-time mode. Tariffs see in Services.

June 15, 2004. The mobile operator WellCOM extended its international roaming in Hungary. Vodafone Hungary Ltd, the provider of cellular communications services in GSM-900/1800 standard since November 1999, which covers the whole territory of the country, became the new international roaming partner of WellCOM. June 1, 2004, Ukrainian Radio Systems (trade mark WellCOM) introduced commercial roaming with GSM-900 cellular operator Nizhegorodskaya Cellular Communications (NCC), Russia, the provider of cellular communication services since 1998. June 1, 2004, Ukrainian Radio Systems (trade mark WellCOM) introduced commercial roaming in the Philippines with Globe Telecom, the provider of GSM-900 cellular communication services since 1994. For more information See the tariffs here.

May 20, 2004. The mobile operator WELLCOM extended its international roaming in India. Spice Communications Ltd., which had provided mobile communication services in GSM 900 standart since June 1997, was added to the WELLCOM international roaming partners'list. See Tariffs.
