According to the Law of Ukraine №967-XIV from July, 15 1999, on all services of mobile communication 7,5%-s' gathering in the Pension fund is charged.

Cost is specified with VAT, without taking into account 7,5% of the tax in the Pension fund.

The subscriber has the right to connect using his name and the personal account no more than 2 lines "Family", irrespective of quantity of contracts or quantity of other active lines connected to tariffs "Favorite", "Millennium", "Premium".
The line "Family" is connected and served only provided that the "base" line is active and has no debts. Stay of use of a "base" line conducts to stay of use of a line "Family".

• Without a license fee, without monthly cost of a package, without the insurance deposit for calls across Ukraine, without payment for an establishment of connections.
• In case of use of the bought minutes, the subscriber during all validity of tariff package can buy at his choice additional options, with preservation of the phone number.
• The unused minutes are transferred to the next months during all validity of tariff package.
• Minutes are spent at conversations with subscribers of stationary and mobile networks (including WellCOM), forwarding of calls for other phones, use of services " voice mail ", "conferencing", " transfer of faxes and the data ", " the Line 910 ".
• Proceeding trunk calls, calls in roaming and using additional voice and SMS services (Internet - detailed elaboration, " Service 609 ", Entertaining channel " Have a rest "; the Voice chat " the Place of a meeting "), etc. are paid under separate tariffs.
• For activation of service of the international communication - the insurance deposit of 50 c.u., for activation of service of the international roaming - the insurance deposit of 70 c.u.
