Bonus Club
Every WellCOM subscriber becomes a member of the company Bonus Club. This program was devised to reward active users for their loyalty to the WellCOM network. Bonus Club enables you to get additional free minutes which number depends on the number of accumulated bonuses.
How the program works?
- The core of the program is your accumulating of Bonus Club points. Each Bonus Club point is equal 1 free minute.
- Bonuses are assigned for the months when the subscriber’s expenses on calls were no less 10 c.u. (roaming and International calls are not counted).
- To qualify for free minutes you have to accumulate minimum 10 Bonus Club points during a three-month period.
You accumulate Bonus Club points in three ways:
- Subscription term. These points are calculated on the escalating base: up to 3 months - 0 points; 4-6 months – 4 points; 7-12 months – 5 points; 13-18 months – 6 points; 19-24 months – 7 points; subsequent months- 8 points.
- Active usage. 2 points for every month in which you do not have outstanding debts and do not suspend the usage of WellCOM services.
- Monthly calls. 4 points for every $ 50 you paid for your monthly calls (Roaming and International calls are not counted).
- Every month in your subscriber' invoice you will see the number of accumulated Bonus Club points. Once in a quarter all Bonus Club points accumulated for the previous period are transferred into free calling time that will be reflected in your invoices.
- To your reference: In case the subscriber suspends his usage of WellCOM services or has outstanding debts during accumulated 3 month period, all bonuses accumulated for this period will be zeroed.
How can you check the calculations of free minutes?
Let's consider an example: You are new subscriber signed up in November, who spends on calls $100 monthly and who does not have outstanding debts will accumulate for the first three months the following number of Bonus Club points

In such a way in February you get 30 free minutes.
Now your subscription term is exceeded 3 months period. You start getting additional 4 Bonus Club points for each month you stay with WellCOM. Admitting the conditions of the above mentioned example, you will accumulate the following number of Bonus Club points

In such a way in May you get 42 free minutes. And beginning from May you start new "accumulating phase" that brings you more free minutes, because the users whose subscription term exceeds 6 months are assigned 5 monthly Bonus Club points for their subscription term. Those users, whose subscription period surpasses in 12 months, are given 6 monthly Bonus Club points, etc.
The longer you stay with WellCOM the more free minutes you get.
Range of goods and services that can be ordered through "Line 910":
- Booking of air, railway and coach tickets;
- Calling taxi, cargo transportation;
- Reservation of rooms in hotels;
- Booking of tours;
- Emergency technical assistance on the places of traffic accidents, repair of vehicles, evacuation of broken vehicles, drivers' services;
- Post-accident advocacy, technical expertise;
- Delivery of food, pizza, launches, potable water to offices and homes;
- Order and delivery of stationary;
- Acceptance of orders on repairing of household, audio and office equipment;
- Tidying up of flats, offices, yards, scavenging and evacuation of water from basements and cellars. Planting of greenery;
- Laundering and delivery of washing;
- Taking care of pets, delivery of feed, calling veterinary;
- Arrangement of events for adults and children: parties, receptions and holidays;
- Services for special events (coiffure, make-up, decoration, photo-, and video shooting);
- Information about medicines available from city drugstores;
- Opening of locked doors, cars, safes (if conditions of emergency occurrence are presented);
- Production of radio and TV commercials and their allocation at radio/TV channels;
- Design and programming of web and wap sites;
- What's on in theaters, movie, concert halls;
- Reservation of tickets at Kinopalace movie theathre;
- New Year and Christmas events;
- Weather forecasts, information about exchange rates, etc.
