Existing and potential subscribers can obtain any information related servicing in WellCOM network by calling Customer Care Service or visiting WellCOM shop on 10 blv.T.Shevchenko. Customer Care Service works round-the clock, 7 days a week. WellCOM shop works on Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. till 20:00 p.m., Sat-Sun from 9:00 a.m. till 18:00 p.m.

Ordering/Changing Services.

Service activating (or service reject) is performed upon receiving subscribers request by phone 251 7777, or 111 (calls from WellCOM handsets). Activating of charged services can be executed if Subscribers rest of deposit is no less than service price plus 10 c.u. Service activating for legal entireties is performed upon receiving written application confirmed with: stamp & manager's signature.
