- In case of Subscriber's Contract termination, the payment for Value Added Services is not refundable.
- In case the call is forwarded to a land number (within Ukraine) the incoming calls are charged at off peak time rates of the regular Tariffs.
- In case the incoming call is forwarded to a land number outside Ukraine, it is charged in accordance with the International tariffs.
- Airtime spent by a subscriber while usage Voice-mail, has to be paid in accordance with the tariff class he signed up. The subscriber does not have to pay for incoming voice messages, in case he delays them without listening to.
