WellCOM voice - your personal and useful tool enables you to record, keep and forward incoming voice messages. All calls to your mobile handset will be automatically diverted to your Mailbox in case you do not answer the call, your phone is switched off, and you are outside the coverage. This service can be activated while you subscribe WellCOM services, or upon your written application faxed to our Customer Care Service.
To enter your Mail Box
- Dial 555 from your keypad.
- As soon as you hear a password query, dial 9999. Then you enter Voice menu.
- Listen to the Menu prompts and set your Mail box parameters: your personal password and greeting.
Password
Your password protects your mailbox from unauthorized access. For your personal password use combination of figures you can recall easily.
Greeting
Your greeting will be heard every time an incoming call is diverted to your mailbox.
е.: "Hallo! This is X's Voice Mail. Please leave your message after the long beep. Thank you."
For easy usage of your Voice Mail you should know the following:
- In order to receive incoming messages you should set Call divert to your Mailbox. For this purpose you should dial +380 68 32155 55 from your keypad. If during 25-30 seconds you do not answer an incoming call, it will be diverted to your Mailbox.
- In order to run through the incoming calls, dial 555 and enter your password.
- To hear the Voice Mail Menu repeatedly dial *, for additional information dial **.
- For entering the Voice Mail Menu dial *1.
- For leaving the Voice Mail Menu dial *9.
- If you forward messages and answers to Voicemail subscribers you should dial mobile numbers in the following exchange format: 68 ХХХ ХХ ХХ, where ХХХ ХХ ХХ - a subscriber's phone number.
- Don't forget that the time you run through Voice Mail Menu and time spent on hearing of received messages is charged in accordance with your package tariffs. This Voice Mail Menu (in MS Excell 97 format) helps you to reduce time on running through Menu prompts.
