- Local calls:
telephone number  .
(You should not dial any additional figures, even if you have an indirect number in WellCOM network).
- Calls within Ukraine:
Telephone network access number, areal code and a telephone number.
E.g. To call to Odessa you dial 8 0482 telephone number .
- International calls:
Telephone network access number, international network access number, country code, areal code and telephone number.
E.g. To call France you dial 8 10 33 "areal code", "telephone number"
or + 33 "areal code", "telephone number"
- Intra network calls:
"telephone number" .
(you should not dial any additional figures, even if the person you call has an indirect number in the WellCOM)
- Calls to another mobile networks:
UMC: 8 050 "telephone number" (for indirect numbers); or "telephone number" (for direct numbers);
KIEVSTAR: 8 067 "telephone number" (for indirect numbers); or "telephone number" (for direct numbers);
DCC: "telephone number";
GOLDEN TELECOM: "telephone number".
- Calls from fixed telephones to WellCOM handset:
"telephone number" (in case the subscriber you call to has a direct city number);
or 8 068 "telephone number" (if the subscriber you call has an indirect number);
- Call from any other Ukrainian city to WellCOM handset:
8 044 "telephone number" (if the subscriber you call has a direct number)
or 8 068 "telephone number" (if the subscriber you call to has an indirect number)
In case you are not sure which number category (direct or indirect) has the subscriber you call, dial 8 068 "telephone number"
- Calls from abroad to WellCOM handset:
+380 44 telephone number (if the subscriber you call has a direct number)
or + 380 68 "telephone number" (if the subscriber you call has an indirect number).
