Calls, which come to your mobile handset, may be diverted to a fixed telephone, to another mobile handset or to the Voice Mail. The activated Call Divert for incoming calls will not prevent you from making outgoing calls from your GSM handset.
There are following Call Divert models:
- Divert all calls;
- on no reply;
- on mobile subscriber not reachable;
- on mobile subscriber busy.
Divert all calls
Divert all calls means, that every incoming call is automatically diverted to the telephone number you have chosen (e.g., your secretary's number). Your handset will not ring in this case. This service is active even if the handset is switched off. In order to make your GSM handset receive all the incoming calls again, the Call Divert should be cancelled.

Call divert on no reply:
If you do not answer the incoming call in 30 seconds, the call will automatically be diverted to the number you have selected before.

Call divert on mobile subscriber not reachable
If the GSM handset is not reachable (i.e. it is switched off or outside the coverage area), every incoming call is automatically diverted to another telephone number. When the subscriber switches on his handset or comes back into the WellCOM network coverage, incoming calls are received as usual.

Call divert on mobile subscriber busy
If the GSM handset is busy (you are already talking to someone)< a new incoming call is automatically diverted to the telephone number you have chosen before (i.g., number of your secretary).
