If you want to subscribe for WellCOM services please bring the following documents with yourself.
You should take your passport, which is necessary for Subscriber's Contract filling out. Payments for WellCOM services should be made in UAH at NBU exchange rate on the day of payment.
You should take your passport, a copy of your company registration certificate, bank account details, a copy of VAT payer certificate. If you are ready to sign the Subscribers' Contract, you also should have your company stamp and a proxy card for signing the Contract. Your handsets will be active in WellCOM network upon receiving bank notification about non-cash payment.
